Terms and Conditions: Price Match Promise

1. Eligibility The Price Match Promise applies to residential pressure washing, soft washing, and roof cleaning services offered by Squeegee Klean Exteriors, LLC. To be eligible, customers must provide a current, valid written estimate from a competitor for the identical scope of work (same square footage, surfaces, and cleaning methods).

2. Service Area & Provider Requirements The competing quote must be from a professional exterior cleaning company based in the Greater Chattanooga, TN or Northwest Georgia area (including Hamilton, Catoosa, and Walker counties). The provider must be fully licensed and carry active general liability insurance. Squeegee Klean Exteriors will not match "cash-only" quotes or estimates from uninsured individuals.

3. Quote Validity Competitor estimates must be dated within 30 days of the request. A digital or printed copy of the official estimate must be presented before the service is scheduled.

4. The Matching Process Once the competitor’s quote is verified, we will match the total price for the specific services requested. This promise applies to standard retail pricing and excludes:

• Limited-time holiday "flash sales" or grand opening specials.

• Government or commercial contract bidding.

• Referral-based credits or "first-time customer" coupons.

5. Limitations The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

• Estimates for "water-only" rinsing or services that do not include professional-grade surfactants (soft washing).

• Quotes from "gig" websites or online bidding platforms. (e.g. TaskRabbit, Angi, Thumbtack, or Craigslist)

• Bundle deals where the exterior cleaning is tied to unrelated services (e.g., landscaping or painting).

6. Right to Verify & Modify: Squeegee Klean Exteriors reserves the right to contact the issuing company to verify the quote's authenticity. We reserve the right to deny a price match if the quote is found to be a clerical error by the competitor or if the competitor is not a legally registered business. We may modify or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.
